I’m Kobe Li, a Toronto-based Manager and Functional Architect at Protiviti. I help connect business strategy, solution design and coordinated delivery through Microsoft business applications.

My foundation is in Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Dataverse: understanding processes, shaping data models, aligning stakeholders and translating complex requirements into workable solutions. I care about the decisions that make a system maintainable long after its first release.

From business applications to enterprise AI

I’m extending that foundation through hands-on experimentation with Copilot, agents and AI-assisted workflows. My focus is the architecture around the model: business context, trustworthy data, permissions, evaluation and human oversight.

This site is where I develop and share that thinking. Articles explain tradeoffs. Planned demonstrations use synthetic data. The aim is to give practitioners something they can question, adapt and use.

A perspective across communities

I bring an English- and Chinese-speaking perspective to the Microsoft business applications community, connecting conversations across North America and China. My main articles are in English, with selected Chinese summaries as the body of work develops.
